- Gus Paul Pools was doing a restoration of an old pool coping.
- First we measured the existing coping and made a sample for approval.
- We also measured the perimeter of the pool and created templates to verify the geometry.
- Once everything was verified, we began creating master patterns.
- These master patterns were created using our CNC Milling Machines.
- We then used the Master Patterns to create the Polyurethane Rubber Mould Boxes.
- D’Amelio Cast Stone did the casting of the actual concrete pieces and delivered to the job site.

- Coral Cast wanted to create 12″ diameter spiral columns.
- Their client requested a very sharp pitch.
- In order to achieve this look, we created a 5 x helix.
- The single sided mould was additionally designed to match itself when turned upside down so that a single mould could be used for both halves of the column.
